摘要
该文通过DEA-Tobit模型,对兵团2004—2013年的农业生产效率及其影响因素进行了分析,并对兵团农业生产效率的变化进行了动态评价,结果发现:兵团大部分地区处于规模报酬递减阶段,第一产业单位就业人员劳动报酬与农业生产效率负相关,农业中间消耗的增加能提高农业生产效率,而第一产业全社会固定投资和农业年末就业人数对兵团农业生产效率的影响不显著。
In this paper, we use DEA-Tobit model to analyze the agricultural production efficiency and its influencing factors from 2004 to 2013 in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps （XPCC） and evaluate the change of agricultural production efficiency.We find that most areas of the corps are in the stage of scale diminishing returns, the employment labor remuneration in the first industrial unit is negatively related to the efficiency of agricultural production; the addition of agricultural intermediate consumption can improve the efficiency of agricultural production; neither the first industry fixed investment in the whole society nor the year-end agricultural employment had a great effect on the agricultural production efficiency.
