摘要
近几年,农民创业问题已经成为我国的社会热点问题。吉林省在支持农民创业的道路上付出了巨大的努力。但是,由于农民群体的独特性以及客观环境的限制,使得吉林省农民创业工作一直未取得明显成效。经调查发现,吉林省在政策环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境以及创业农民自身方面均存在疏漏与错位的问题,需要重新梳理思路,明确关键创业主体并保证精准帮扶,提升农民创业成功率。
In recent years,the farmer’entrepreneurship has become the hot social problems.Jilin province in the path of entrepreneurship support farmers are making a lot of effort.However,due to the uniqueness of farmers’groups,and the limitation of the objective environment,makes the work of jilin province farmer entrepreneurship has not been achieved significant results.After investigation found that Jilin provincein the policy environment,economic environment,social environment,technology environment and entrepreneurial farmers themselves,omissions and dislocation of the problem needs to be combed,clear and ensure the accurate support key business subject,improve farmers'entrepreneurial success.
