摘要
本文对中国被毛孢的生活史以及名称由来进行了描述,同时对中国被毛孢的生产工艺和市场规模进行了综述,指出了制约中国被毛孢规模化生产的主要因素是其较低的发酵得率。
In this paper, the life history and the origin of the name of Hirsutella sinensis are described, as the same time, the production process and the size of the market are reviewed. This paper points out the low fermentation yield is the main factor restricting the production of Hirsutella sinensis.
