摘要
以再生纤维素纤维/氨纶针织面料为研究对象进行近红外光谱分析,研究结果表明不同种类的再生纤维素纤维/氨纶针织面料近红外光谱图相似,可建立统一的预测模型对其成分含量进行定量分析;以莫代尔/氨纶、莱赛尔/氨纶、(粘纤+莫代尔)/氨纶、(粘纤+莱赛尔)/氨纶针织面料为样本建立的近红外光谱测试模型性能良好,50个复测样品模型预测值与标准值之间偏差大多都在0.6%以内,预测结果符合标准偏差要求。
this study aims at the fabrics knitted by regenerated cellulose fibers / polyurethane fibers. The research shows that the near-infrared spectrums of each fabric knitted by different regenerated cellulose fibers / polyurethane fibers are almost the same. An uniform predicting model can be raised to analyze the ingredients of each fabric. The predicting model of near-infrared ~p^ctrum based on the samples of fabrics knitted by Modal / polyurethane fibers, Lyocell / polyurethane fibers, Viscose fibers and Modal / polyurethane fibers, Viscose fibers and Lyocell / polyurethane fibers works well. Deviations between standard values and predicted values of the 50 samples are less than 0.6 percent. Forecast results meet the requirements of the standard deviation.
