摘要
为提高纺织纤维的分析速度,增强纺织品生产质量监控,以249个棉/涤混纺织物为研究对象,采用偏最小二乘法建立了棉/涤混纺织物中棉含量的近红外定量校正模型,并按样品的含棉量细分为0%~30%、30%~60%、60%~80%和80%~100%4段,分段分别建立定量模型。为验证模型的实用性,对1 000个棉/涤样品进行了预测,将预测结果进行方差分析,结果表明该方法与国标方法(GB/T 2910.11—2009)的结果不存在显著差异,并据此制定了纺织品原料组分近红外快速检测初筛方法的标准操作规程,经实际应用证明效果显著。
To speed up the analysis of textile fibers and strengthen the quality control of textile manufacture,249 cotton/polyester fabrics were taken as research objects.The near-infrared quantitative correction model was established by partial least squares(PLS)method.To get better results,samples were divided into four groups that were 0%-30%,30%-60%,60%-80% and 80%-100% according to the cotton content.Four quantitative models corresponding to the four groups were developed.To verify the models,cotton content prediction of 1 000 samples was conducted.The variance analysis of the predicted results show that there was no significant difference between NIR method and national standard method(GB/T 2910.11—2009).On this basis,a standard operation procedure(SOP) for fast detection of contents of textile raw material by near-infrared pre-screening method was prepared,and it has been proven to have good effect by practical applications.
