摘要
根据莱赛尔A100纤维与竹纤维的特性,建立了一种二者混纺产品基于化学溶解法的纤维定量分析方法。通过比较筛选,选取甲酸/氯化锌为溶剂,并研究了氯化锌含量、水浴温度、时间、浴比等因素对两种纤维含量测定结果的影响。确定优化的测定参数为:溶剂配比为20 g氯化锌+80 g(88%)甲酸,水浴温度45℃,时间45 min,浴比1∶100,振荡频率100次/min。采用标准曲线法进行数据处理,甲酸/氯化锌溶解法定量分析测定莱赛尔A100纤维与竹纤维混纺产品纤维含量,能满足实际检测需要,具有高效、准确、简便的优点。
A dissolution method for quantitative identification analysis of Lyocell AIO0 fiber and bamboo fi- ber is established, according to the characteristics of two fibers. The formic acid/zinc chloride is select- ed as a solvent among several reagents, and then some influencing factors on two fiber content deter- mination results are researched, including the content of zinc chloride, water bath temperature, treating time and bath ratio. The optimal parameters are finally determined: zinc chloride 20 g, 88% formic acid 80 g, the water bath temperature 4.5 ℃, treating time 45 min, oscillation speed 100 r/min and bath ratio 1 : 100. The standard curve method is used for data processing, this quantitative analysis method fea- tures easy operation, high-efficiency, accuracy and high sensitivity.
