摘要
为准确鉴别铜氨纤维与莱赛尔纤维,分别采用燃烧法、显微镜法、溶解法、湿膨胀性能分析法和近红外光谱分析法对铜氨纤维、莱赛尔纤维进行了测试分析。结果表明两者的形态特征、燃烧特征、湿膨胀性能相似,但根据其湿膨胀性能差异可进行纤维的初步判别,再结合用近红外光谱分析法就能进行准确鉴别。
Cuprammonuium and lyocell fiber were identified and analyzed through combustion method, microscopy, dissolution method, wet expansion performance analysis and infrared spectrum analysis. The results showed that the morphological characteristics, combustion characteristics and wet expansion performance of both fibers were similar. According to the performance of wet expansion differences, preliminary identification of both fibers could he undertaken, and two kinds of fiber could be accurately identified by near infrared spectrum analysis.
