摘要
紧紧围绕"专业能力、实践能力、创新能力、学习能力、社会适应能力"5能力的培养、"人文素质、科学素质"2素质的养成、"职业岗位技能"1个技能的掌握这种应用型人才的培养目标,对应用化学专业人才培养方案进行了探讨.提出了应设置与应用型人才培养方案相对应的课程体系和教学实施方案,重点突出了实践课程的修订,并建立合理的学业考核和评价体系.同时加强基地建设和课外科技创新及各种技能竞赛活动,推进大学生创新创业工作.最后为确保应用化学专业新人才培养方案的顺利实施提出了几点保障措施.
Based on 521applied talents cultivation objectives including the 5 abilities （specialty, practice, inno- vation, learning ability, social adaptability） , 2 qualities （humanistic quality and science quality） and 1 skill （professional job qualification） , the applied talents cultivation project on applied chemistry specialty in our col- lege was discussed. The new course system and teaching implementation plan were provided in which the prac- tice courses were emphasized. A reasonable academic assessment and evaluation system corresponding to it was built up. Meanwhile, the establishment of practice base, science and technology innovation activity was impor- tant to push creative work for college student. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the applied chemistry specialty cultivation plan, several security measures are put torward.
