摘要
人才培养模式改革是提高高等教育质量的重要保证。地方高校培养应用型本科人才的实际,要求学校必须进行应用型本科人才培养模式改革。湖北文理学院以人才培养体制改革为突破口,以人才培养方案设计为核心,以课程教学改革为重点,对影响应用型本科人才培养的四大要素进行了系统化的改革,形成了具有特色的"211"人才培养模式,收到了良好的效果。
The reform of the talents cultivation mode is an important guarantee to im- prove the quality of higher education. The present applied undergraduate talents cultivation condition in local colleges requires us to reform the training mode. Hubei University of Arts and Science treated the talents cultivation system reform as the breakthrough, the talents cultivation plan design as the core, the course teaching innovation as the emphasis point; we also took systematic reform and practice in the main 4 factors which affected the quality of applied talents cultivation, it formed the distinctive ＂211＂ talents cultivation mode and a- chieved a good success.
