摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,建立了刺玫果提取物中没食子酸的含量测定方法。色谱条件为:伊利特C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相,V(甲醇)︰V(水)︰V(冰醋酸)(1︰99︰0.3);流速1 m L/min;进样量20μL;检测波长270 nm;柱温30℃。没食子酸在0.02~1.00μg(r=0.999 5)线性关系良好;没食子酸平均回收率98.40%,RSD为0.54%(n=9)。建立的高效液相色谱含量测定方法具有良好的精密度,结果准确可靠,可用于刺玫果提取物中没食子酸的含量测定。 Establish a method for determination of the content of gallic acid in the extract of Rosa davurica Pall. through high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC). The content of gallic acid was determined by the condition that Elite C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of V (methanol) : V (water) : V (glacial acetic acid) (1 : 99 : 0.3); flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, sample amount of 20 μL. Detection wave length of 270 nm and column temperature of 30℃. The standard cure was linear in the range of 0.02-1.00 μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate of gallic acid was 98.40%, RSD 0.54% (n=9). The results showed that the method is simple, with good accuracy, and it is suitable for the determination of gallic acid contents in Rosa davurica pall. dryextratum by HPLC.
