摘要
目的开展气滞胃痛丸中间体指纹图谱研究,提高江苏省徐州市新沂市中医医院气滞胃痛丸质量。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以A乙腈-B 0.02%甲酸水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温为30℃,采用中药色谱相似度评价系统建立气滞胃痛丸中间体高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱。结果10批次气滞胃痛丸中间体的指纹图谱共检出8个共有峰,相似度评价结果在0.90以上。结论可利用HPLC指纹图谱技术评价不同批次的气滞胃痛中间体质量,同时为该制剂进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Objective To study the fingerprint of the intermediate product of Qizhi Weitong Pill and improve the quality of Qizhi Weitong Pills in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The gradient elution was carried out on a C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile(A)and 0.02%formic acid aqueous solution(B)as mobile phase.The flow rate,the wavelength and the column temperature were 1.0 ml/min,230 nm and 30℃,respectively.HPLC fingerprint of intermediate product of Qizhi Weitong Pill was established by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM.Results Eight common peaks were detected in the fingerprints of 10 batches of intermediate products of Qizhi Weitong Pills,and the similarity evaluation results were above 0.90.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint technology can be used to evaluate the quality of different batches of intermediates for Qizhi Weitong Pill and provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of this preparation.
