摘要
目的建立亚贡叶总黄酮、总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法利用分光光度计通过测定吸光度计算总黄酮、总酚酸的含量。结果实验建立了总黄酮、总酚酸的标准曲线,测得亚贡叶中总黄酮平均含量为3.2%,RSD=1.4%(n=6);总酚酸平均含量为4.5%,RSD=1.6%(n=6)。结论建立了亚贡叶的总黄酮、总酚酸含量测定方法,该法简单、快捷,重现性好,可用于亚贡叶的质量控制和定量分析。
Objective To establish the determination methods of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid from leaf of Yacon. Methods The content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid were determined by spectrophotometry. Results Calibration graphs were constructed for total flavonoids and total phenolic acid. The content of total flavonoids was 3.6% and the total phenolic acid was 4.4%. Conclusion The methods are rapid, reliable, accurate and suitable for analysis of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid and quality control in Smallanthus sonchifolius.
