摘要
为确定痛风颗粒剂处方组成及制备工艺,采用单因素比较试验的方法,以临床制剂学参数为主要考察指标,筛选该制剂的最优处方及制备工艺路线,得到了最优主药与辅料处方比为1∶6.5∶2.5。该处方优化合理,制得的制剂符合设计要求。
To determine the composition and preparation method of Gout Granule , single factor comparison test is used to get the optimal prescription and preparation by referencing clinical pharmaceutics parameters .The results show that the optimal prescription proportion of the main and auxiliary drug is 1∶6 .5∶2 .5 .T he preparation can meet the requirements .
