摘要
优选清热养胃颗粒剂的成型工艺。在吸湿性研究的基础上,用正交试验法优选制粒工艺条件。最佳制粒工艺条件为:浸膏粉与混合辅料的配比为3∶7,用70%乙醇为润湿剂制颗粒,乙醇的用量为浸膏粉的5%。优选出的制剂成型工艺科学合理,所制的颗粒质量较好,成型率较高。
To ascertain the best formulation process of Qingreyangwei granules. Based on hygroscopic study, the best condition making granule was Optimized by orthogonal design. The best formulation process was that dry extract and mixed accessories is 3 ： 7, the dosage of alcohol is 5 % using percent 70 alcohol for pelletizing. The forming process optimized is scientific and reasonable, the quality of granule is better, and the rare of forming is high.
