摘要
以嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的混合菌种喷雾干燥所得的活性菌粉为主药(用量为20%),玉米淀粉(用量为40%)、糖粉和糊精(二者比例为2:1,用量为30%)、甘露醇(用量为9%)及硬脂酸镁(用量为1%)为辅料,通过选用不同的黏合剂,采用湿法制粒压片法制得了益生菌片。最终由5%淀粉糖浆作为黏合剂所得的片剂产品外观较好、硬度适宜,产品活菌数可达3.1×106cfu/g。
The probiotics tablets, which used active bacteria powder of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium got by spray drying as the main constituent （20%）, used corn starch （40%）, sugar and dextrin （2：1, the total proportion was 30%）, mannitol （9%） and magnesium stearate （1%） as subsidiary materials, were got by watery preparation of troche with different adhesive. The troche production with good appearance and suitable rigidity was got by watery preparation of troche, with the help of 5% starch syrup used as adhesive. The viable cell numbers was 3.1×10 6 cfu/g.
