摘要
论述了优质的片剂并不完全是由压片机生产出来的,很多情况下是由造粒技术所决定的。经过正确造粒工艺处理的粉末,有较好的流动性、可压性、分层状况减少,均一度获得提高,减少了细粉。最终提高了压片生产能力和改善了片剂质量。
It was indicated in this article that excellent quality tablet is not wholly dependent on pressing machine,but in many cases is dependent on granulating technique.The powder from good granulating process has excellent fluidity and pressing-ability.In pressing process,when this powder is used,lay-built phenomena is reduced and fine powder appears less.In this way,pressing ability is enhanced and tablet quality is improved.
