摘要
目的:分析东北菱中水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维和维生素等营养素的含量。方法:采用重量法、凯氏微量定氮法、索氏提取法及酸水解法、中性洗涤剂方法以及双波长薄层扫描法测定东北菱中的营养素。结果:东北菱中的营养素含量非常丰富。结论:东北菱的开发利用前景广阔。
Objective: Analysis of the nutrients such as protein, fat, dietary fibre and vitamin in northeast water chestnut.Method: Double wavelength thin-layer scanner was used. Result: Nutrients in northeast water chestnut were quite rich, very.Conclusion: Northeast water chestnut was very useful and could be used in making healthy food.
