经过数十年的机动化快速发展时期,面对随之而来的交通拥堵和汽车尾气污染问题,我国各大城市逐渐意识到公共交通的重要性并大力推进公交优先发展。良好的管理模式是实现公交优先的重要保障,因此结合佛山市的实际案例,对公交管理各相关要素,包括公交服务供给模式、公交场站建管模式、公交票价与补贴机制、市场监督机制等,进行了深入的分析探讨,并提出了相关的建议,希望能为公交管理部门提供一定的帮助。
After decades of rapid motorization, major cities in China are all facing the problems of traffic jams and atmospheric pollution, and they gradually realize the importance of public transport and make it a priority. Good management is essential for public transport priority. Therefore, combined with the actual case in Foshan, the article analyzed the elements, such as, the supply mode of public transport, the way how the bus stations are built and managed, the ticketing and subsidizing mechanism, market supervision mechanism, which are fundamental to public transport management, and puts forward relevant proposals, hoping to provide some useful advice for the administration.
