摘要
为了满足我国铁路货物运输重载化发展应用需要 ,提出在《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》中增加轮轨垂向力及车钩力评定标准的建议 ,并具体给出了轮轨垂向力和车钩力评定标准的建议方案。
The suggestions to add vertical wheel rail forces and coupler force evaluation standard in GB5599 1985 Railway Vehicles (Specifications for Evaluation of the Dynamic Performance and Accreditation Test are given in order to meet the application need of heavy haul development of railway freight transport in our country. And the suggestion scheme of the vertical wheel rail forces and coupler force evaluation standard, detailed rules for implementation and the basis to add them are given specifically.
