摘要
建立了固相萃取法净化样品、高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定面粉中17种真菌毒素的检测方法。样品以乙腈:水:乙酸(84:15:1)作为提取溶剂,利用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱进行净化浓缩,甲醇、乙酸铵和甲酸的水溶液作流动相进行梯度洗脱,以HPLCMS/MS测定面粉样品中赭曲霉毒素、烟曲霉素和黄曲霉毒素B1、B2等17种真菌毒素。结果表明:方法线性范围为0.5~50 ng/mL,样品回收率在78.65%~103.40%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。方法能满足当前面粉中真菌毒素的检测要求。
A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of 17 mycotoxins in flour by solid phase extraction(SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLCMS/MS). The samples were sequentially extracted by acetonitrile:water:acetic acid(v/v=84:15:1), then purified and concentrated by strong anion exchange solid phase extraction(SAE-SPE), and determined with HPLC-MS/MS for 17 kinds of mycotoxins in flour samples using methanol, aqueous of ammonium acetate and formic acid as mobile phase with gradient elution. The linear range was 0.5~50 ng/mL. The average recovery rate in flour was in the range of 78.65%~103.40%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5%. This method can meet the current detection requirements for mycotoxins in flour.
