摘要
强阴离子交换固相萃取柱萃取富集 ,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定环境水样中镉 ,方法相对标准偏差在 2 .5 %— 3.5 %之间 ,加标回收率在 97%— 1 0 4 %之间 。
The solid phase extraction method and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established for the determination of cadmium ion in water.This method was applied to the determination of cadmium in water sample with the relative standard deviations of 2.5%—3.5%,and the recoveries of 97%—104%.The results are satisfactory.
