月季茎段快繁体系的优化 被引量:7

Optimization of Rapid Propagation System of Rose Stems

摘要 以月季无菌苗茎段为试材,以MS为基础培养基,探究细胞分裂素6-BA、TDZ对茎段增殖的影响,TDZ与NAA 2种激素的配比对株高、节间的影响,及活性炭浓度对月季组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:月季单芽茎段在激素浓度为6-BA 4.0mg/L培养基上增殖数最高,确定MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L+活性炭0.6g/L为月季茎段最适芽增殖培养基;当TDZ浓度为1.0mg/L,NAA浓度为0.05mg/L时,株高最大达5.02cm,节间长度最大达到0.40cm;月季茎段的最适生根培养基为1/2MS+活性炭1.0g/L,生根率为92.9%。 Taking aseptic rose stem segments as materials and MS as basal medium,effect of exogenous 6-BA,TDZ on rose stem proliferation,TDZ and NAA on plant height and internode,active carbon concentration on rooting were explored.The results showed that 6-BA 4.0mg/L had a maximum bud proliferation,so MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L+active carbon0.6g/L was the optical proliferation medium.When TDZ was 1.0 mg/L,NAA was 0.05 mg/L,seedling had the maxium height of 5.02 cm and internode 0.40 cm.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+active carbon 1.0g/L with a 92.9rooting rate.
