摘要
以MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的细胞分裂素(BA)和生长素(NAA),对月季茎段组培快繁进行了研究。结果表明:初代培养阶段,以较低浓度的细胞分裂素和生长素配比对侧芽萌发具有较好地促进作用,适宜的培养基为MS+BA1.2mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;继代增殖阶段,以培养基MS+BAl.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L效果较好;生根阶段,最适宜的培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L。
The stems of Chinese rose were cultured in the MS medium containing Cytokinin (BA ) and Auxin (NAA) of different densities for rapid propagation. The results showed that lower concentration of Cytokinin and Auxin mixed in certain proportion was in favor of germination. The suitable culture media were MS+ 1. 2mg/L BA + 0.3mg/L NAA for germination and MS + 1. 5mg/L BA + 0. 05mg/L NAA for bud reproduction. The proper medium for rooting was 1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA.
