摘要
以杏鲍菇为试材,研究了不同光质对杏鲍菇原基形成和子实体形态的影响。结果表明:红光处理杏鲍菇原基形成最早、菇蕾形态最好,子实体菌盖较小,菌盖菌柄之间比例适宜;黄光、绿光、白光和蓝光处理子实体菌盖普遍偏大,蓝光效果尤为显著,菇体形态均表现为畸形;黑暗处理原基形成较大的疙瘩状不分化;说明光照对杏鲍菇子实体生长发育影响较大,不同光质作用效果不同,红光为杏鲍菇子实体原基形成和发育阶段最适宜光质。
Taking Pleurotus eryngii as material,the effect of different light quality on Pleurotus eryngii primordium formation and fruitbody morphology were studied.The results showed that under the red light treatment,primordium formed the earliest,mushroom bud formed the best,fruitbody pileus was smaller,the proportion was suitable between pileus and stipe,moreover,fruitbody morphology was normal;the pileus was generally lager under the light of yellow,green,white and blue,especially under blue light;primordium formed big pimple like differentiation under dark treatment.Light had larger effect on growth and development of Pleurotus eryngii,different light quality had different effect,and red light was optimum for fruitbody primordium formation and development.
