摘要
食用菌栽培技术的快速发展对固体培养基提出了更高的要求,利用农业废弃物或农产品副产物通过合理组合和营养强化,制备食用菌固体培养基已成为食用菌栽培和生态农业领域的研究热点之一。通过农业废弃物制备食用菌固体培养基的利用研究与应用现状的综述,对食用菌固体培养基应用过程的调控技术进行了较为深入的探讨,并基于利用农业废弃物或农产品副产物生产食用菌固体培养基的技术特点,提出了利用糖厂的蔗渣、浮渣、滤泥等副产物进行复配制备食用菌固体培养基的建议。
The rapid development of edible fungus cultivation puts forward high-standard requests to the solid medium.Preparing edible fungus solid medium from agricultural waste or by-products by seasonal combination and nutrient enrichment has became an important research focus in the field edible fungus cultivation and ecological agriculture.The research and application situation of edible fungus solid medium was reviewed;and the regulation technology of edible fungus solid medium in the application process was deeply discussed.Based on the characteristic of using agricultural waste and by-products to develop edible fungus solid medium,it was suggested that using by-products of sugar industry such as bagasse,scum and molasses to prepare edible fungus solid medium.
