光质对红平菇菌丝体和子实体生长发育的影响 被引量:24

Effect of light quality on the growth and development of the mycelium and fruit body of Pleurotus djamor

摘要 研究不同光质、不同光照条件下,红平菇菌丝体、子实体生长发育的情况。结果表明:黑暗条件有利于红平菇菌丝体的生长;白光和自然光照条件下,红平菇子实体生长发育最好、子实体数目多、成菇率高、外观整齐一致、颜色鲜艳,具有较好的商业应用价值;红平菇子实体生长发育最优的光照条件是40W散射白光、每天光照8h左右,光照强度为1020Lux。 The growth and development of the mycelium and fruit body of peurotus djamor was studied under different light qualities and light conditions.The results indicated that clark condition was favorable to the mycelia growth of peurotus djamor.Under the condition of white light and natural lighting,the fruit body of peurotus djamor developed best,and had maximum quantity.At the same time,the rate of turn into mushroom was higher ,and the appearance of fruit body was consistent and had bright colors.Consequently it would have a better commercial value.The optimal light conditions of growth and development of the peurotus djarnor' s fruit body was 40-watt scattered white light,the time of shining was 8h every day and the intensity of illumination was 1020Lux.
