摘要
以湖南省农家书屋工程建设的过程和成果为实践基础,设计了以德尔菲法和层次分析法为主要评价技术的农家书屋公共服务评价模型,详细阐释了从数据采集、权重计算到统计分析等一系列评价过程中所使用的操作方法和注意事项,通过评价结果与实践成果的对比,验证了评价模型的合理性和评价结果的积极作用。
Based on the course and achievements of the Village Library constructionin Hunan Province, the paper presents a public service evaluation model for the Village Library by Delphimethod and AHP method, elaborates the skills and cautions in the evaluation course from all aspects of data acquisition, computing the weights of the indexesand statistical analysis. Comparing the evaluation results and practice achievements, we confirmed the rationality of the evaluation model and the positive impact of the evalua tion results.
