摘要
公共文化服务建设是"十二五"规划纲要的重要内容,由于历史的原因,城乡公共文化发展存在较大差异。农村图书室作为广大农村享受文化权利的一个重要途径,在实现公共服务均等化中发挥着重要作用。因此应积极采取措施促进农村图书室覆盖范围,增加经费投入,加强农村图书室建设。
Public cultural service construction is the he important content of ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂,by historical reasons,there is a big difference between the urban and rural public cultural development.Rural Library as the vast rural areas enjoy cultural rights is an important way to realize the equalization of the public service and plays an important role.Therefore,we should take active measures to promote rural library coverage,increase funds investment,and strengthen rural library construction.
