摘要
以新闻出版公共服务体系及其特点为对象,探究新闻出版公共服务的发展路径、发展趋势和评价指标体系的初步构建。从治理结构、数字化、多元化、均等化、绩效评价、指标体系等方面论述了新闻出版公共服务的发展方向和能力提升策略,初步阐述和构建了8个维度3个向度的指标体系,详细分析研究了一级指标的解释和评价依据。
This paper takes press and publication public service system and its characteristics as object, exploring the path, the development tendency of press and publication public service and the evaluation index system＇s preliminary construction. We discuss the development direction of public service and ability promotion strategy of press and publication from governance structure, digitization, diversification, equalization, performance evaluation, and index system in order to preliminary elaborate and build the index system of eight dimensions of three dimensions, analyze and study the primary index of interpretation and evaluation basis.
