摘要
[目的]筛选适宜泰安地区栽培的秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)优良菌株。[方法]对9个不同来源的秀珍菇菌株的菌丝生长速度、生物转化率和子实体形态特征进行比较。[结果]秀珍菇9号菌丝生长速度较快,菌丝浓密,产量高,生物转化率分别为85.09%和82.08%。[结论]秀珍菇9号是适宜泰安地区栽培的优质高产菌株。
[Objective] To select superior strains of Pleurotus geesteranus suitable for planting in Tai＇ an area.[Method] Mycelial growth rate,the rate of biotransformation and fruiting body morphology characteristics of nine Pleurotus geesteranus strains were compared.[Result]The results showed that the mycelial growth speed of strain Pleurotus geesteranus No.9 is fast with high yield,the biological conversion rates were 85.09％ and 82.08％ respectively.[Conclusion] Pleurotus geesteranus No.9 is high quality and yield strain,which is suitable for cultivated in Tai＇an area.
