摘要
以木屑、棉籽壳、玉米芯等为主要原料组合10个配方进行泰山赤灵芝栽培配方筛选试验,以生物转化率为主要参考指标,结合子实体形态进行综合评价。结果表明:灵芝最佳代料栽培配方为配方①(木屑15%、棉籽壳60%、玉米芯15%、麸皮8%、石膏1%、石灰1%)和配方③(棉籽壳90%、麸皮8%、石膏1%、石灰1%),干芝生物转化率分别为6.60%和6.45%。
Sawdust,cotton seed hulls and corn cobs were incorporated into ten different substrate formulae to screen the best formula to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum. Based on the evaluation on biological efficiency and fruit body morphology,the optimal formulae were ①( 15% sawdust,60% cotton seed hulls,15% corn cobs,8% wheat bran,1% gypsum and 1% lime) and ③( 90% cotton seed hulls,8% wheat bran,1%gypsum and 1% lime),whose biological efficiency was 6. 60% and 6. 45% respectively.
