摘要
对5个不同来源的秀珍菇菌株进行了春季栽培试验,比较了其菌丝生长速度、产量及子实体形态特征。试验结果表明,农秀1号菌株在母种和原种培养基上的菌丝生长速度最快,分别为1.01 cm/d和0.61 cm/d;中农秀珍菇生物学转化率最高达50.88%,该菌株具有出菇时间早,产量高,菇形好,潮次明显等优点,适宜在春季栽培中推广使用。
In this experiment, the growth rate of mycelium, the yield and morphological characteristic of fruiting bodies were tested and compared among five different strains of Pleurotus geesteranus in spring cultivation. The results showed that, the mycelium of strain Nongxiu No.1 grew fastest on the stock culture medium and pre-culture spawn medium, with the growth rate of 1.01 cm/d and 0.61 cm/d. The stain Zhongnongxiuzhengu had the highest biological efficiency of 50.88%, and the strain possessed the advantages of fruiting early, high yield and good mushroom-shape, thus it was suitable for popularization and application in spring cultivation.
