摘要 为探索大港油田歧口凹陷新港地区下古生界奥陶系油气资源潜力,兼探古近系东营组和沙河街组的油气资源潜力,大港油田设计部署了新港1井。该井完钻井深6716m,是中国东部油田目前最深的一口定向井。该井在实钻过程中存在井眼净化效果差、长裸眼段井壁易失稳、高泵压低环空返速、下部地层可钻性差、套管与钻杆磨损、特殊岩性地层(生物灰岩、灰岩、玄武岩、煤层等)的井漏、井塌、事故复杂等钻井技术难题,综合应用了井眼净化、井壁稳定、阿特拉扭力冲击器提速、PDC钻头优选、抗高温钻井液体系优选、井眼轨迹控制等钻井技术,为东部油田深定向井钻探积累了一系列的钻井施工经验。 In order to explore the early Paleozoic Ordovician oil and gas resource potential of Dagang Oilfield in Qikou Sag,and the Paleogene(the three series)oil and gas resource potential of Dongying Formation and Shahejie Formation in Xingang Area of Qikou Depression in Dagang Oilfield,Well Xingang 1was designed and deployed.The well depth was 6716 m,it was one of the deepest directional wells in the oilfields of Eastern China.During the well drilling,there existed technical problems of poor borehole cleaning effect,instability of long open-hole section,high pump pressure and low annular velocity,poor drillability in the low formation,wear of casings and drill pipes,lost circulation,hole sloughing and complex accidents in special lithology formation(bio-limestone,limestone,basalt and coal).Therefore in consideration of the above problems,the drilling techniques are comprehensively used,such as the borehole cleaning,wellbore stability,acceleration with the Ulterra tension torsion apparatus,selection of PDC bit,selection of high temperature resisting drilling fluid system and well trajectory control,by which a series of drilling operation experience are accumulated for deep directional well drillings in the oilfields in East China.
