摘要
对渤海地区近年来在探井中发生的套管磨穿现象进行了探讨。该问题直接涉及井下安全和钻井效率,必须予以高度重视。从理论与实践结合上阐述:由钻具运动产生的横向振动,和悬臂式钻井装置产生的横向振动,以及两者之间的耦联振动;在钻井参数的选配上如何有效地采取措施减少和避免谐振引起的过度磨损,如何正确的认识共振引起的危害。对今后进一步提高钻井效率、避免井下事故、降低成本进行了探讨。
The casing wearing problems occured in exploration wells in recent years in Bohai area are discussed. Such problems must be highlighted because they are directly related to downhole safety and drilling efficiency. The author discusses the lateral vibration induced by the movement of drill tools.the lateral vibration induced by canti-Iever drilling device.their coupled vibration, how to effectively eliminate and avoid excessive wearing by resonance motion when selecting drilling parameters and how to recognize the danger of resonance motion ,based on theory and practice. How to further improve drilling efficiency, avoid downhole accidents and reduce cost are also discussed.
