摘要
本文通过详细分析影响大井眼钻井速度低及起下钻困难的主要因素,在原有大井眼作业技术基础上,从优化水力参数、应用大尺寸复合钻具组合、水力脉冲提速工具、优化泥浆性能等方面,提出了一些新的应对措施,并在中海石油总公司重点项目科学探索井成功应用,对今后渤海湾盆地深井大尺寸井眼作业有较为重要的指导意义。
This article has done some analysis about the major factors of low speed in large well and the impact of the difficulty of POOH.On the original technical foundation,this article has proposed some new measures to deal with the problems from optimized hydraulic parameters,application of large-size composite drill combination,hydraulic pulse speed tools,optimize mud properties.And the new measures have been used successfully in scientific exploration wells in China Overseas oil Corporation,Bohai Bay Branch.It has more important guiding significance in the future deep large size borehole jobs.
