摘要
五科 1井是中国石油天然气总公司在四川地区布署的第一口科学探索井 ,设计井深 5 90 0m ;完钻层位寒武系 ;设计靶区为井底水平位移 6 0 0± 15 0m、闭合方位 35 0°± 2 0°。在攻克了井深、大尺寸井眼段长、地层可钻性差 ,软硬交错、高低压互层 ,垮、漏、喷、卡等井下复杂情况和靶区要求严格、井眼轨迹控制难度大等困难 ,推广应用钻井综合配套技术后 ,安全顺利钻达井深 6 0 6 3m(进寒武系 45 0m)完钻 ,工程质量优良 ,技术指标达到了设计要求 ,钻成了川东地区一口最深的定向井。
The well Wuke-1 is the first scientific exploration well that China National Petroleum Corporation deploys in Sichuan area. Designed well depth is 5900m; completion formation is Hanwuxi; designed target area is horizontal displacement 600±150m, orientation 350°±20°. After the compositive matched drilling technology are popularized and applied in the exploration well, some problems are solved, such as: well depth, long big-size well-hole, bad drillability of formation, stagger soft and hard formation , high and low pressures in the same formation, collapse, lost circulation, blowout, and sticking etc. downhole complex situation, strict requirements for target area and very difficult control for well path. Drilled well depth is at 6063m(into HanWuXi 450m). Engineering quality is excellent. Technology index meets the requirements of design. It is the deepest directional well in East Sichuan area.
