摘要
目的探讨治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的方法。方法将92例患者随机分成3组,A组服用西替利嗪片,B组服用润燥止痒胶囊,C组服用润燥止痒胶囊与西替利嗪片,治疗4周,观察疗效。结果 A、B、C 3组的总有效率分别是56.67%、63.33%、90.63%,A、B两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.07,P=0.7921,P>0.05),A、C,B、C两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.64、5.13,P=0.005 7、0.023 5,P均<0.05)。结论 3种方法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症中,润燥止痒胶囊联合西替利嗪片治疗效果好、副作用小。
Objective To explore the method of treatment of senile skin Pruritus .Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A took cetirizine tablets , group B received Runzaozhiyang capsule , group C were treated with Runzaozhiyang capsule and cetirizine , 4 weeks of treatment , observation curative effect . Results A, B and C group effectiveness respectively was 56.67%, 63.33%,90.63%, A, B no statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ^2 =0.07, P=0.792 1, P〉0.05）, AC, BC between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2 =7.64, 5.13, P =0.005 7, 0.023 5, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Three methods in the treatment of senile skin pruritus , Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with cetirizine was good therapeutic effect and less side effect .
