摘要
目的 评价蛇丹合剂治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及安全性，并观察其对痤疮怠者细胞和体液免疫的调节。方法 61例Ⅰ～Ⅲ度寻常性痤疮患者口服蛇丹合剂治疗8周，评价其临床疗效，并观察蛇丹合剂治疗前后患者外周血中免疫指标的变化。以24例健康志愿者为对照。结果 急者组脱落11例（〈20．0％），临床痊愈7例（14．0％），显效33例（66．0％），有效率为80．0％。，无严重不良反应；20例痊愈和显效患者治疗前后外周血中IgG和IL-2水平有显著性变化（P〈0．01和〈0．05）。结论 蛇丹合剂具有较好的临床效果，对细胞和体液免疫有调节作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of She-dan herbal decoction and investigate its effects to the immune-function of Ache Vulgaris. Methods Sixty-one patients were orally administered with She-dan herbal decoction for 8 weeks and the clinical efficacy were evaluated. The humoral and cellular immune marks in twenty improved patients＇ peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment. Results There were eleven patients who had losed（ 〈 20.0% ） After 8 weeks treatment, seven patients were recovered（ 14.0% ） ,33 patients had improved ,the rate of efficacy was 80.0%. There were no statistic adverse events. The levels of IgG, IL-2 in peripheral blood of twenty patients who had good clinical effects changed significantly ＇after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 and 〈 0.05）. Conclusion She-dan herbal decoction can adjust immune function effectively and has good clinical effects.
