摘要
目的观察心理干预与药物联合治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法治疗组给予心理干预,同时采用与对照组同样的药物治疗,共3周。结果治疗组痊愈率72.13%、总有效率90.16%;对照组痊愈率49.15%、总有效率71.18%。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预与药物联合治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症可取得满意的临床效果,心理干预有重要作用。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of psychological intervention and combined medicine in the treatment of senils skin pruritus. Methods The treatment groups were psychological intervention, meanwhile it was the same medicine with the control group for 3 weeks. Results The cure rates of the treatment group were 72. 13 %, the total improvement rates 90. 16%, while those of the control group were 49.15% and 71.18%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is satisfactory that curative effect of psychological intervention and combined medicine of senils skin pruritus. The psychological intervention is very important.
