摘要
目的:调查临床实习压力对护理专业大学生心理健康的影响,为开展实习期医学生心理健康工作提供相关依据和支持。方法:采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表(BSSI)对277名临床实习期间护理专业医学生的压力情况进行检测,进一步结合症状自评量表(SCL-90)及状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)对其心理健康状况进行综合调查。结果:(1)临床实习期间,护理专业医学生的压力主要集中在学习压力、经济压力、人际关系和临床实践4个方面,其检出率普遍超过60%,男生在学习压力和经济压力2个因子得分高于女生,但差异均无统计学意义(t=0.9468,0.8448;P>0.05),女生在人际关系和临床实践2个因子得分高于男生,但差异也均无统计学意义(t=0.1587,0.1587;P>0.05);(2)临床实习期间护理专业医学生在SCL-90的各因子得分均高于国内常模,且在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑及恐怖4个因子差异有统计学意义(t=6.7422,4.1399,22.7216,3.0867;P<0.05)。女生在SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性和恐怖7个因子得分高于男生,且在抑郁和焦虑2个因子得分差异有统计学意义(t=2.7790,3.9031;P<0.05);男生在偏执及精神病性2个因子得分高于女生,但差异均无统计学意义(t=0.6925,0.1509;P>0.05);(3)临床实习期间护理专业医学生在STAI的S-AI及T-AI得分均高于标准常模,但仅在S-AI方面差异有统计学意义(t=7.8531,P<0.05),女生在S-AI及T-AI得分均高于男生,但差异均无统计学意义(t=1.5369,0.2284;P>0.05)。结论:临床实习会对护理专业医学生造成较大的压力,并造成一定的心理健康问题,尤其是会造成较为严重的状态焦虑情绪。
Objective：To research the pressure of clinical practice to the mental health of college students in nursing professional.and provide theoretical basis and data support for the development of mental health of medical students in the internship period.Methods：Using BSSI to investigate the pressure of 277 college students in nursing professional during clinical practice,combined with SCL-90 and STAI to test the mental health of the students.Results：（1）The main stress source of college students in nursing professional during clinical practice were study pressure,economic pressure,interpersonal relationship and clinical practice,the detection rate was almost all higher than 60%,and the single factor score of BSSI were all higher than 3points.The score of study pressure and economic pressure of male students were higher than those of female students,and the score of interpersonal relationship and clinical practice of female students were higher than those of male students,but all the differences has no statistically significant.（2）The score of SCL-90 of college students in nursing professional were all higher than the national norm,and the differences in interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and fear had statistically significant.The 7factor scores of SCL-90 of female students were higher than those of male students,but only the differences in depression and anxiety had statistically significant.The 2factor scores of SCL-90 of male students were higher than those of female students,but the differences had no statistically significant.（3）The scores of STAI of college students in nursing professional were all higher than the national norm,but only the differences in S-AI had statistically significant.The scores of S-AI and T-AI of female students were all higher than those of male students,but all the differences had no statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical practice can cause great pressure to the mental health of college students in nursing professional,and it may cause some influence to their mental health,especially will cause more serious state anxiety.
