摘要
随着1977年,恩格尔教授正式提出生物-心理-社会医学模式,心身医学领域日益受到人们关注。中医认为"形为神之舍,神为形之主",形与神是密不可分的。张宏教授在形神统一思想指导下,结合多年临床经验自创了针刺"调神方"(四神聪、神庭、印堂、内关、三阴交)。张宏教授认为中医治病离不开形神统一学说,形与神之间的和谐平衡在针灸治病中尤显重要。文章通过介绍张宏教授临床运用针刺"调神方"治病的验案,从脑主元神、五脏藏神、调神核心3个方面探讨针刺"调神方"的理论基础。
Bio-psycho-social medical model, which was proposed by George L. Engel in 1997, increased the attention to psychosomatic medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that ＇soma is the house of spirit; spirit is the lord of soma＇. Spirit and soma are inseparable. Based on the theory of harmonization between soma and spirit, guided by decades of clinical experience, professor ZHANG Hong designed ＇spirit-regulation formula＇ with acupuncture [Sishencong （EX-HN1）, Shenting （GV24）, Yintang （EX-HN3）, Neiguan （PC6）, Sanyinjiao （SP6）. Professor ZHANG Hong proposed that TCM treatment couldn＇t be separated with the theory of harmonization between soma and spirit, which was most important in treating diseases with acupuncture. The paper introduced some proved cases of applying ＇spirit-regulation formula＇ to diseases, and discussed its theoretical basis from three aspects, including brain governing spirit, five organs holding spirit and the cores of regulating spirit.
