不同频率下的停闭调息方式对心率变异的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Breath-Holding Respiration Regulation at Different Frequencies on Heart-Rate Variability

摘要 目的 研究停闭调息对自主神经功能的影响和阴阳调节机制。方法 采用R -R间期的心率变异频谱分析方法 ,观察心率分别为 16次 min和 5次 min的吸 -呼 -停式和吸 -停 -呼式对心率变异性的影响。结果  16次 min的停闭调息的LF、HF、LF HF均与调息前的自然呼吸无显著性差异。 5次 min的吸 -呼 -停式可使LF、HF和LF HF值明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;吸 -停 -呼式可使LF、LF HF呈现出极显著性的升高 (P <0 0 1) ,而HF值的变化不显著。结论 ① 16次 min的吸 -呼 -停式和吸 -停 -呼式对自主神经功能的影响不明显。② 5次 min的吸 -呼 -停式和吸 -停 -呼式均可导致交感神经的兴奋性升高。在此基础上 ,具有加强呼气作用吸 -呼 -停式可同时导致副交感神经系统的兴奋性升高 ;而具有加强吸气作用的吸 -停 -呼式 ,可使交感神经兴奋性呈现更为显著的升高。这两种停闭调息方式对内脏起到的阴阳调节作用各异。③不同的停闭调息后均可导致生理后效应。 Objective To investigate the influence of breath-holding respiration regulation (BHRR) on the function of autonomic nervous system and the mechanism of BHRR to regulate yin and yang. Method The effects on heart-rate variability of inhale-exhale-pause pattern (I-E-P) and inhale-pause-exhale pattern (I-P-E) of BHRR at the breathing frequencies of 16 breaths/minute and 5 breaths/minute,respectively,were observed by R-R interval heart-rate variability spectral analysis. Results The values of LF,HF and LF/HF with BHRR at a frequency of 16 breaths/minute showed no marked difference,as compared with those with the natural respiration before performing BHRR. The I-E-P at a frequency of 5 breaths/minute could markedly increase the values of LF,HF and LF/HF ( P <0.05);the I-P-E could significantly increase the values of LF and LF/HF ( P <0.01),but didn't markedly change the value of HF. Conclusion (1) I-E-P and I-P-E of BHRR at a breathing frequency of 16 breaths/minute have no obvious effects on autonomic nervous system. (2) Both I-E-P and I-P-E of BHRR at a breathing frequency of 5 breaths/minute can markedly increase the excitability of sympathetic nervous system,and at the same time, the exhale-enhancing I-E-P can increase the excitability of the parasympathetic nervous system while the inhale-enhancing I-P-E can increase the excitability of sympathetic nervous system more markedly. The two patterns of BHRR,namely I-E-P and I-P-E have different yin-yang regulative effects on the viscera. (3) All different BHRR patterns can produce physiological after-effects.
