摘要
目的观察和分析揿针联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视疲劳的临床疗效。方法将60例确诊为视疲劳的患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者采取施图伦滴眼液治疗,治疗组患者采取揿针联合施图伦疗法,疗程均为10 d。结果两组经过治疗后症状均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论揿针联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液在治疗视疲劳方面疗效明确,能有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,效果优于单纯应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with Digitalis Diglycoside Eye Drops (Sturon) in the treatment of visual fatigue. Methods Sixty patients with visual fatigue were randomly and averagely divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Sturon.The treatment group was combined withthumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding. The course of treatment was 10 days.Result The symptoms of the two groups were obviously improved after treatment. The total effective rate in the treatment group and that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with Sturon in the treatment of visual fatigue is clear. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients and is superior to the simple Sturon.
