摘要
选用 6 0 0只艾维茵公母混合雏鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,分别饲以添加了 0 ,2 5 ,5 0 ,75 ,10 0mg/kgL 肉碱的玉米—豆粕型饲粮。饲养试验结束后进行屠宰测定 ,并分析胸肌的肉质指标。结果表明 :(1)L 肉碱对肉鸡的生产性能无显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 ) 5 0mg/kg以上L 肉碱可显著提高胸肌率 ,降低腹脂率和皮脂评分 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3) 2 5mg/kg以上L 肉碱可提高肉色的Huntera值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5 0mg/kg ,75mg/kgL 肉碱可提高肌肉中肌苷酸和粗脂肪含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5 0mg/kgL 肉碱还可提高肌肉中肌红蛋白含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Six hundred Avain broilers were allotted to five groups by weight. Every group included three replicate lots of forty birds each. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 mg/kg L carnitine respectively during the period 1 to 49 day posthatching. The results of rearing trial showed that L carnitine didn't affected the growth performance( P >0.05). L carnitine supplemented more than 50 mg/kg increased the percentage of breast, decreased the percentage of abodominal fat and the subcutaneous fat score ( P <0.05)by slaughter trial. In addition, it was found that Hunter a value of meat color was improved in all L carnitine treated groups ( P <0.05), the content of inosinic acid and ester extract of muscle were enhanced in 50 mg/kg and 75 mg/kg L carnitine treated groups( P <0.05), and the content of myoglobin of muscle was increased in the 50 mg/kg group( P <0.05).
