摘要
本文报道了国产豆科等4科8属20种饲用植物的染色体数目及核型,其中15种在国内尚未见报道。供试材料中包括豆科苜蓿属4种、岩黄芪属2种、锦鸡儿属1种、野豌豆属5种;百合科葱属3种;藜科驼绒蔡属2种、地肤属2种;车前科车前属1种。研究结果表明:上述植物中,不同科属间有不同的染色体基数,苜蓿属有2个染色体基数,即x=7和8,野豌豆属有2个染色体基数,即x=6和7,车前属有3个染色体基数,即x=4、5和6。野豌豆属植物具有m、sm、st和t多种类型的染色体,其它属植物仅具有m和sm两种染色体。
The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 20 species belonging to 8 genera of legumes and 3 other families are reported, in this paper. These plants consist of 4 species of Medicago, 2 species of Hedysarum, 1 species of Caragana, 5 species of Vicia, 3 species of Allium, 2 species of Ceratoides, 2 species of Kochia and 1 species of Plantago. All of them are native. The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 15 species among them are first reported in China. Results show that the base numbers of chromosome of these genera are different. The base numbers of chromosome of Medicago is 7 or 8. That of Vicia is 6 or 7. And that of Plantago is 4,5 or 6. Most species have 2 sorts of chromosome type m and sm, but Vicia has four chromosome types, they are m, sm, st and t.
