摘要
贝母属Frtiillaria L。为百合科Liliaceae植物,该属自1753年林奈创建以来,迄今巳报道100余种,全部分布于北半球。我国产的贝母,其鳞茎为名贵紧缺的高档中药材,具有止咳、消喘、去痰、镇静、润肺之功能。我们对我国北方引种驯化的国产三种贝母的染色体数目及核型进行了观察,旨在探讨贝母属的进化以及良种的驯化和选育工作提供一些必要的细胞学次料。
This paper deals with chromosomal numbers and karyotypic study of threo species of Fritillaria L. in China. Those are Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk; F. walujewii Regel and F. ussuriensis Maxim. The karyotypic formulae of those species are as follows: Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk 2n=2x=20=2m+12sm(6SAT)+4st+2t; F. walujewii Regel 2n=2x=30=10m+14sm(4SAT)+6st(2SAT) and F. ussuriensis Maxim. 2n=2x=24=4m(2SAT)+10sm(2SAT)+10st(2SAT). Among those species the chromosomal number of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk is 2n=20(75%), 2n=24(25%) iu root tip cells. The diploid of 24 is in accordance with the observation by Darlington (1936), while the number of 2n=20 is first reported. The chromosomal number of 2n=30 for F. walujewii Regel is different from previously reported for 2n=24 in the same species. The authors believe that the cardinal number of chromosomal of F. walujewii Regel is 6. In addition, F. ussuriensis Maxim. 2n=24 is first reported in China, while is in accordance with (1978).
