摘要
通过核型研究 ,分析了节 -硬 -偏八倍体的遗传组成。结果表明 ,节 -硬 -偏八倍体中有A、B、D、MV 4个染色体组 ,说明节 -硬 -偏八倍体为节节麦、硬粒小麦与偏凸山羊草所合成的八倍体新物种。节 -硬 -偏八倍体的育成为创造新种质资源 ,丰富小麦的遗传背景提供了有效途径。
Genetic construction of JYP octoploid were analysed by karyotype. The results show that JYP octoploid have A, B, D and M v chromosome set. The JYP octoploid were a new complex species combined from Aegilops squarrosa (2n=2x=14), Triticum durum Desf. (2n=4x=28) and Aegilops ventricosa L.(2n=4x=28). The breeding of JYP octoploid provided the effective way for creating the fresh germplasm resources and aboundancing the genetic background of the common wheat.
