33种禾本科饲用植物的染色体核型研究 被引量:19

THE KARYOTYPE STUDIES ON 33 FORAGE SPECIES OF GRAMINEAE NATIVE

摘要 本文报道了国产禾本科7属33种饲用植物的染色体数目、核型、染色体组结构和种群间的关系及其演化趋向,其中21种在国内为首次报道。供试植物中,有冰草属5种,披碱草属8种,鹅观草属10种,赖草属2种,旱麦草属2种,雀麦属5种,大麦属1种。研究结果表明,33种禾本科植物的染色体基数均为7,都由m和sm染色体组成(东方旱麦草例外),多数种类核型对称程度较高,每种有1~3对随体染色体。 The chromosome numbers, karyotypes, genomes, relationships between species, and evolution trends of 33 forage species belonging to 7 genera of Gramineae are reported in this paper. All of them are natives of China. These species:5 in Agropyron, 8 in Elymus, 10 in Roegneria, 2 in Leymus, 2 in Eremopyrum, 5 in Bromus and 1 in Hordeum, 21 species of them are first reported. Result:chromo ome base numbers are X=7, and the chromosome of these species comprise m and sin(with the exeception of Eremopyrum orientale). Many species have symmetrical karyotype with them. They have 1 to 3 pairs satellite chromosomes.
