摘要
研究新麦草的核型 ,观察其有丝分裂过程。结果表明 ,新麦草的核型公式为 2 n=1 4=1 0 m( 2 SAT) + 4 sm( SAT指随体 ) ,核型属 2 A型 ,染色体基数为 7。
The chromosome karyotype of Russian wildrye grass is analyzed in detail in this paper and the process of its mitotic division is observed and recorded.Result:Karyotype fomula of Russian wildrye grass is:2n=14=10m(2SAT)+4sm and the karyotype is the 2A type.
