急性脑梗死患者血清中抑制性氨基酸递质的变化 被引量:6

摘要 采用液相色谱法测定 83例发病 6h~ 10 d的脑梗死患者和 3 0例对照者的血清中抑制性氨基酸(IAAs)浓度 ,结果显示脑梗死后血清中的 IAAs呈先升高后降低的双向改变 ,达峰时间在梗死发生后 2~ 3天 ,γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)、甘氨酸 (Ala)及牛磺酸 (Tau)峰值浓度分别为对照组的 2 2 3 % ,12 3 %和 118%。 GABA的峰值浓度与神经功能缺损评分无关而与梗死大小有关。提示血清中 IAAs尤其是 GABA的浓度变化能反映出脑梗死发生后脑组织的损伤程度 ,推测其异常升高有拮抗 Glu的神经兴奋毒性作用的可能 ,以利进一步研究 To study the dynamic changes of inhibitory amino acids(IAAs)transmitters,their basic level and clinical significance,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to dectect the concentrations of GABA,Ala and Tau in 83 cases of cerebral infarct patients and 30 cases of controls.Serum concentrations of GABA,Ala and Tau began to increase significantly in the 1st day and it reached the peak in the 2nd day and returned to normal level in 7 days and 5 days seperately.The concentration of GABA correlated significantly with tne diameter of the infarction but noncorrelated with the neruologic deficit scores.The abnormal rising of IAAs in the brain during infarction may protect the brain from ischemic damage in a sense.It provides us a way to research for new brain protecting drugs.
